Firstly he asked me what my starting weight and target weight is - which I did not mention, so here goes, I am starting at 205 pounds (this might not sound like very much, but I'm only 5ft3) and my target weight is 165 - so that's 40 pounds I want...no NEED to loose before December in order to give my girl the present I promised.
I will post some pics on the next entry.
Another thing - Rob encouraged me NOT to follow the blood type diet, so I will NOT be doing that.
I will also list some of the home exercises I'm currently doing, and If you have any suggestions for more home exercises, please post them.
